Abstract figures in landscape oil painting#16
so this is a two canvas abstract oil painting.
Specifically I paint across two Canvases to create one unique vivid artwork.
Also I create two Canvas oil paintings because seeking the inside and outside of the edges is my creative style.
Because as an artist I use Color, line, space in creating my abstract figurative paintings.
Both as pictured are made to hang side by side but you can hang them apart
For example,Please see the 4th photo and the third photo is a detail picture.
From this detail picture you see brushstrokes, textures and thick and thin layers of oil paint.
And for that reason I think about starts and endings of any moment with every brushstroke.
Secondly this painting took 3 months to complete
and the process includes stretching the canvas over the wood frame.
Thirdly I don't use store bought canvas and no prior sketches were done.
Basically I use the blank canvases as a starting point with many washes of dark blue colors.
I use a variety of different brushes and oil colors. How many?Over 50 different types and styles of brushes. How many tubes of oil paint? Over 100 different tubes of oil paint.
In fact I don’t make copies of my paintings.
Nor limited editions.
There is only only one original unique modern work of art.
