So this is Abstract Figures in Landscape,Oil painting#32 and is a single canvas work.
Basically this painting shows a landscape with figures in an abstract style.
And as an artist I use Color,line and space and gravity because this is my creative style.
In addition ,I think about beginnings and endings of any moment with every brushstroke.
Specifically this painting took 4 months to complete and the process includes stretching the canvas over the wood frame.
Because I do not use store bought canvas and no prior sketches were done.
Basically I use the blank canvas as a starting point with paint applied at the top which allowed the black paint to drip
so this was the beginning of this abstract oil painting.
In addition I use a variety of different artist brushes including over fifty different types and styles.
Also I use over fifty different tubes of oil paint along with several painting mediums.
with drips ,shapes and lines of saturated color,with glossy and matte surfaces.Brilliant imagery,a split second in time.
In fact I do not make copies of my paintings nor limited editions.
Because there is only only one original unique modern work with saturated earth colors,brushwork and drips of paint.
